Live at The Asher

My first show in years is right around the corner, and I just got home from practicing with the band that will be joining me for the performance. First off… wow. The musicians that I get to share a stage with tomorrow evening are nothing short of incredible. Effortlessly picking up 5 songs and then playing it back was a treat to hear and experience tonight as we practiced.

I’m genuinely very excited about the performance tomorrow as it is sort of a rebirth for me. For those who don’t know, I was in a band called Racket City in the late 2010’s, and played some really fun shows and, more importantly, made some great friends. However, our final show was in February of 2018 and I don’t believe I’ve played a single show since.

So the level of excitement is high. I play first at 5:30, but I honestly don’t mind that. I want to work my way back up, earn my spot, get my sea legs and every other analogy you can think of.

I have an idea for a YouTube series that I’m excited to announce in a week or so, but for now, all focus and attention goes on this show. I can’t wait!
